Thames Valley University - expanding learning horizons

As its name suggests Thames Valley University is based across three major urban areas in the region - Ealing, Slough and Reading, and was created following a merger in 2004.  There are two campuses in Reading (at Kings Road and Crescent Road) offering a variety of learning opportunties for 14 years and up.

The Kings Road site is where the majority of courses are taught, and the Sixth Form Academy is also based here, delivering a wide range of GCSEs and AS / A levels.  The Crescent Road site is where a large number of the professional studies courses are run. It is also home to the restaurant, bar and training kitchen and commercial hair and beauty salon.
